My name is Benji and I grew up in Brooklyn, New York. I have been living in the bay area for the last 4 years and it has been a very nice change from the grind of the New York lifestyle. I am a musician and music educator. I love teaching and playing music and using it as a vehicle for connecting with others. I am going to be going to school soon for music therapy, which I am very much looking forward to but I am hoping get a lot of traveling in before my academics start. I am planning a trip to several European countries and would love to find people who could show me around and would be willing to host me. I look forward to meeting you!

As a musician I do not make a ton of money, so Couchsurfing is a great and affordable way for me to get around while meeting new people! It takes a very special person to open up their home to a stranger, and I like to meet those kinds of people.
