Hey there! I’m Ben, a somatic bodyworker and spiritual explorer based in the UK, dedicated to helping women reconnect with their inner spark. I have a background in physiotherapy and years diving deep into tantric and energetic practices, I’m all about creating safe, nurturing spaces where people feel truly seen and at ease.
My journey’s been a wild, mystical ride—guided by intuition and a belief that our bodies hold divine wisdom waiting to be unlocked.

When I’m not facilitating transformative sessions, you’ll find me sipping coffee in cozy cafes, wandering in nature, or geeking out over the magic of human connection.
I love wholesome a joyful activities especially ecstatic dance events, ceremonies, Kirtans and festivals.

I love meeting interesting people who have warmth and openness, sharing stories, and having inspiring chats about life, love and adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I miss travelling and meeting interesting people. I remember how good it was to meet local people when travelling because you get special insight to the country and the way that the culture may think or behave. If I can offer that in return I would be delighted.

Interests

I love human behavior especially with authentic relating.
I'm fascinated by energy practices such as Qi Gong and Kundalini.

My job is helping people having better relationships with themselves, their bodies and their connection to their intuition. I give extensive trauma-informed somatic bodywork. It's difficult to explain on here but would love to explain in person if you're interested.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like electronic music, artists such as Bonobo are really cool. Jungle is a good band that I've been listening to recently. SBTRK first album was awesome. I'm a massive fan of music and listen to all sorts really.

I like films that can make you think or have a message like Inception, se7en was amazing the first time you watch it, 12 monkeys.
On the flipside I like funny films as well; Anger management is probably my favourite funny film or Elf, Anchorman, Zombieland. I can't beleive hardly anyone has seen True Romance....!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done many awesome things but one of the better ones was surfing in Byron Bay with Dolphins playing about...!
