ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going man who loves to see cities by wandering between bars. I love to cook. I love to talk over a few beers about whatever is going on politically in the world at the time. If that's not your thing, I can easily shoot the shit about...anything, really. I love sarcasm. I really enjoy getting to know what local life is all about. This is why I initially decided to try couch surfing--getting a feel for a place with people who actually live there. I'd love for people to come visit me in my city, so I can show them what the Bay Area is all about.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been hosting for a couple years. I enjoy going to meet ups in my area, as well as meeting other couchsurfers on the road.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have hosted 13 surfers, a did a bit of surfing myself while road tripping through Spain a couple summers ago. I have had a fantastic time, and have really enjoyed everyone's company. I attend meetups when possible, which have been great (sometimes too good).

Watching the sun rise over AngKor Wat. I highly recommend it to anyone who ever goes to Cambodia.

I'm a carpenter. I can teach you how to fix anything and everything around the house (not an electrician or plumber, however, although I do know a little).

I would love to get better at speaking Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
