I am a 24 year old American currently living in Yokohama, Japan, working as an environmental consultant. I speak English and Japanese. I grew up in Minnesota in the United States, went to college at Purdue University in Indiana. I have lived in Japan since October, 2014.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for people to meet and hang out with when traveling to get a more authentic, local experience. Tourist spots are fine too, but would like to learn about local people and their daily customs and routines. I would be happy to show people around in Japan (unfortunately I currently live in a very small single apartment). Although it is not my home country, I do know enough about it to show people around and I speak the language.
