COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After traveling through Turkey with my cousin and being hosted by so many amazing people, it's really made me understand what Couchsurfing is all about - the hospitality of Turkish people is incredible and I loved sharing in each others culture, exchanging stories and perspectives. I'm looking forward to continuing this adventure with other people as well :)

Intereses

I find peace in the quiet moments, but I live for those perfect moments where you're traveling the world, making new friends, listening to good music, and you can't help but smile :D

General interests include snowboarding, rope climbing/bouldering, playing Softball, hiking for hours, and spinning poi. I think the natural beauty of the world is more stunning than any city - I love just being outside and being surrounded by nature.

Música, películas y libros

I have a very eclectic taste in music, but my heart is with electronic music - be it light ambient tunes or heavy drum and bass, and everything in between. During my last two years traveling and living in Europe, I've had the chance to see some of my favorite drum and bass artists, and those have been some of the best nights during my time here!

São Miguel Island (located in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores) is absolute paradise. I had the pleasure of visiting here in 2013 and I cannot stress enough how gorgeous it is! Volcanic crater lakes, natural hot springs, geysers, delicious food, amazing landscapes, not to mention you're in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean

I love dreaming and could probably talk for hours about the dream world and lucid dreaming (the ability to know when you're dreaming and controlling your dreams). After studying a section on Dream Theory in University and having numerous conversations with friends and family, I've developed a bit of a personal theory regarding them, and I would love to share my thoughts and tips with anyone who is interested!
