ABOUT ME

I'm basically a simple person stuck in the complication of a very unique life experience. When I was a teenager I moved to Israel and have been living and loving ever since. My experiences are as varied as the history of the land I live in a love. I've been through a lot in the past several years that I never would have been able to predict and it's been an adventure that I've learned to open my heart to. My passions are to enjoy nature and be an active participant in getting down and dirty with the earth. I worked to receive my nat'l tour guide license here in Israel, and educating others about all the beauty and complexity of my land and our interwoven human experiences here is my favorite pasttime. I work nowadays as a travel agent for a large tourism company in Tel Aviv and manage incoming tourism to Israel. I love life, each day is beautiful and there is no such thing as a bad day. Everything is an experience and we learn from it all! Oh, another thing...I love food and drink, and second to my passion for the outdoors and everything related is my passion for food and beer and the process behind our enjoyment of it all.

PHILOSOPHY

Live each day as if it was your last and life your last as if you have a lifetime to live. Never have regrets, your life is a sum of your past experiences so everything is good because it leads us to a final point of ultimate understanding of ourselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm fairly new to CS, and have only been to a few local events over the past couple of years, but I hope to become more involved as time goes by. I really dig the concept and have good friends here who swear by it, and I think the simple freedoms enjoyed by the community are one of the most sane and real projects in existence.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked the Israel Trail, a 850KM hiking trail which runs the entire distance of Israel from north to south by myself. Changed my life
