ABOUT ME

I'm outgoing and fun loving with a taste for adventure. I love meeting new people and trying new things. When I travel I like to try and experience a country from the perspective of residents rather than from that of a tourist. I don't mind getting lost, sometimes that's when you stumble upon the most unexpected cool stuff!

PHILOSOPHY

Don't be scared of new experiences, say yes to doing things that push your limits, you'll be proud of yourself afterwards. Even bad experiences form part of the adventure.
If you're cool to people most people will be cool to you.

兴趣

I love travel(obviously), art, music, having a beer(or two!) with friends and having interesting conversations.
I'm really into watching films and TV series, The Wire, Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones are some of my personal favorites. I also like reading, just finished the Game of Thrones books, looking for something else to sink my teeth into now.

TV: The Wire, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Band of Brothers, Twin Peaks, 30 Rock, It's always sunny in Philadelphia

Films: Too many to mention really, I like all of the usual good films people list in this section like Pulp Fiction, Fight club, etc. I'm a fan of Japanese and French cinema and particularly love animation.

Books: Anything by George Orwell, The Game of Thrones books, Aldous Huxley - Brave new World, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series..

Music: I think that good music can come from any genre, and I like a wide variety of styles accordingly. The main areas I listen to are House, UK Garage, Hip-hop and Reggae. But I also enjoy Ska, Gypsy, Jazz, Blues etc. I also love being introduced to new music.

I don't know how amazing this is, as most people on these websites seem to have done loads of really cool stuff, but a few years ago I hitchhiked around Cambodia and Laos. It was really cool seeing the countries and meeting people off the tourist trail. And it was really fun sharing rides with other locals as well as a large variety of farm animals!
