History - I have a background in history, and there is pretty much no aspect of history I haven't found fascinating in some way.

Reading - Along with the previously mentioned history, I love reading in general, fiction and non-fiction.

Technology - I admit, I can be a bit of a gadget fiend (or at least as much as my usually limited funds will allow!)

Food/drink - Being from the UK, I've generally been able to sample quite a lot of food from around the world without ever leaving home, but there is always more to taste!
