Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even if I cannot host in my place because it is too small, I am on couchsurfing because I want to meet new people and for me, travelling as a complete tourist has no interest. I need to meet locals and learn from them. The peace comes from meetings.

Interests

When I travel, I want to taste the local food and way to eat it. I am not really a good cooker but I am generous and I enjoy sharing receipes or specialities. I also like history and discovering new things or original ones.
Even if I enjoy drinking a cocktail in a bar, I am not a party girl. I am quite calm. When I travel I like to take my time but not staying at home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Thailand with a rented scooter and I was out me gasoline so I stopped in a station but the reservoir didn't want to open. The 20 persons present in the village stopped working and came for helping me. It was amazing.
I also had the chance to be invited for an Iranian wedding. Such a great experience.
