Hello! My name is Berk, from Turkey. I'm 27 years old foodie and Chef who is passionate about cooking with organic ingredients. I'm free spirited, open minded and easy going person. I've been always dreaming travel the world and i traveled 11 countries so far but now i wanted to change the way i used to travel. I grabbed my backpack and doing solo travelling. I studied Culinary Arts in Vancouver Canada and before that i lived in Shanghai China for two years. I can speak English, Chinese and Turkish. I like to combine western and asian cuisines. I'm looking forward to explore new recipes in Asia. After I come back to Turkey from Canada I started work as a Chef in A La Carte restaurant at Antalya Turkey. Now I quit my job and wanted to start a new journey for meeting with new people, culture exchange, learning new things and skills. I'm opening a boutique hotel with restaurant in old Greek town Agean part of Turkey. It will take one year for restoration of building so mean while I will be travelling in South Asia. I'm looking forward to meet with local people that I can get to know the country and the culture of course also food as well :)
