Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm interested in meeting people who are open minded. Everyone is entitle to their own opinions. At times during a conversation, a person may be tempted to immediately judge someone else based on what is said which may be different then her/his own perspectives/viewpoints.
However, this is sort of assuming or pre-judging someone based on what is heard which may lead to misunderstandings. I aware that to be an open-minded person it requires to listen with empathy and to be non-judgmental. I want to be a open-minded person so I am working on it plus becoming a good listener. Also, I want to talk with a person who self-aware.I think that there is power in knowing who you are and what you stand for.
Lastly, I want to have stimulating conversations with an intellectual person. My definition of smart or intelligent is not a person who has a good memory or great grades in school. As long a person makes good decisions, plans ahead, learns from their mistakes and can reason they are smart. That's why I'm on Couchsurfing.
