I want to see more of the world, I've never really been anywhere and want to change that.

ABOUT ME

I've lived in Washington all of my life, I can't stand the weather. I really want to get out, at least for a little bit. Seattle is really awesome and fun but I'm not a rainy weather girl. At some point in my life I want to be one of those people who goes to the beach every day. The best thing in the world is swimming in the ocean. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends and do anything in common interest. I have a longboard that I'm pretty good at, rollerskating and that's pretty much it for physical activities. I love fashion, but that's just a hobby and not a career inclination. For fun I like doing make-up and think it would be cool to be a stage makeup artist. I really have no idea what I want to be when I grow up, I don't have one direction. I've thought of dog grooming, dolphin training, makeup artist, Emergency Med Tech, phlebotomist, you name it. I don't know!

As far as personality goes, I'm easy to get along with! I have a good sense of humor, I make jokes all the time. I really care for people and have massive empathy which kind of makes me a little worried at times. I'm sort of an introvert, but around chill people I will definitely open up! I'm not super religious, but your views don't get in the way of me getting to know you and like you. I like to get out of the house and do stuff, but I can also stay in. I'm not devoted to one particular "scene" either, I like going dancing and I like the aquarium just as much.

I hope I can couchsurf with you! I'm very excited to meet new people and hopefully learn and experience new things.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't really know anything yet because I'm only 19 but I've learned that life is what it is, make the best of it. Look at things positively(which can be hard at times) and things WILL be positive. Don't let other peoples opinions get to you. Don't squabble and look for drama, you could be doing something much more fulfilling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I'm fairly new but I think Couch Surfing.net is the best invention ever. I always tell people about it. "Hey, you know, you could save like $300 on that trip if you couch surfed, and you would get to meet new people. It's a win win!"

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived with my mother in a house of roomates, and every so often a couch surfer would come and surf, and I loved it. I met some really awesome people that I still keep in touch with. They were all very pleasant and thoughtful! We would sit on the couch and talk about their life and where they're from. It was so inspiring to hear that it's not hard to see the world, you just gotta do it.

I find it quite hard to concentrate on movies, although I do like them. I get distracted by my own thoughts on my life. My favorite all time movie is The Dreamers by Bernardo Bertolucci. I love cerebral movies cause they confuse me and it's fun. New York, I love you is a good one too.

As far as music goes, I am not loyal to one artist. I love 70's and 80's music. David Bowie, Billy idol, The Runaways, and I loooove the Beach Boys and The Beatles.

For books I honestly don't read too much but I want to, I just feel like I would rather be doing something else. Does that make sense? I enjoy reading, but I don't get around to it. I loved Go Ask Alice and Stick Figure.
