ABOUT ME

sportsfreak and competitive within sports. always doing too many things, but able to juggle them. most of all spontaneous and a bit crazy. dreamer and creative. good at problem solving, but also good at making things complicated for herself, like i said theres always too many things going on. love to travel, and a pop-up/disappearing person..always coming and going. goes for what she wants and i can always have the most interesting conversations with her.

兴趣

I love to draw, read and listen to music. Even if I take great interest in people, I love to be alone and do these things alone, this is my alone time where I disconnect from the world. I also like to be out in the woods or go for a swim in the sea.
Even though I'm a professional dancer and dance teacher, I still enjoy other type of sports, especially swimming and mountain climbing.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Going to the National Academy Ballet in Oslo i had a five week internship in The Gambia where i was teaching children in Creative Children Dance.
The class I was teaching were fifth graders, but still at all age (the parents send the kids to school when they can afford it), none of them spoke english..so the challenges in terms of communication were big.
We did an exercise where the children were to walk around and going through different emotions, one of them being sad.. and all of them started limping! And i tried for a long time to explain to them how you can feel sad without being physically injured and they just didn't get it!
I had the same exercise done with fifth graders in Norway and none of them had a problem of feeling sad for not having the newest gameboy, the coolest shoes or other material things.
I think this experience actually changed me a bit.
