ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from college and am now trying on an idle, experimental life.

PHILOSOPHY

I go through periods where I drink and smoke too much (both literally and figuratively). Followed by periods where I drink and smoke too little. I'm terrible at finding balance.

We seem to equate being "true to yourself" with following strong drives and impulses. Devote yourself to science, travel all over the world, become passionate about music, etc. As though being genuine is about always having a desire to direct you. Being true to yourself is a much more subtle undertaking.
