ABOUT ME

I'm just p-rican punk rock kid at heart, looking to see the world and meet new people all over it. I love to laugh, love to smile, and love to ROCK! Been making music (or noise depending on who's listening) for the past 15 years, it's where I'm at and what I am. I am also obsessed with movies. If you like "The Warriors" or "Big Trouble in Little China" you are already cool in my book. Music and movies, it's what I'm about!

PHILOSOPHY

I think life is about experiencing the most you can possible and about having as much fun as you can possible. As long as you are cool with people, everything will be alright, no matter how hard your struggle gets. And if that doesn't work, just crack open an ice cold one and say "F--K IT!"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couches are available to any and all that are traveling to the Los Angeles area. I'm also free for most of the days to be some sort of tour guide and taxi.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've spent plenty of time getting floor or couch space through my years of touring California, so i know how it feels to be given a helping hand from a stranger.

Interests

music, music, music! I'm a big, BIG mma (mixed martial arts) and boxing fan, and an even bigger baseball fanatic (Go Giants!). I even play semi-pro ball in the summer, been playing baseball for over 20 years now! I'm also into other sports in general, weightlifting, food, dance, concerts, movies, cultural studies, booze (lol).

Music, Movies, and Books

All Tarantino flicks, Scorcese flicks, Steve McQueen flicks. SLC Punk, Dazed and Confused, The Big Lebowski, Tenacious D pick of Destiny, Revenge of the Nerds, Old School, Sin City, dog day afternoon, carlito's way, Robert DeNiro films in general, I could go on for hours. Metal, punk, new wave, alternative, it's all rock to me baby! I'm also into hip-hop, salsa, merengue, bachata, reggaeton, reggae, classical, house, trance, drum'n'bass. Authors i enjoy include robert asprin, dean koontz, terry brooks, tom clancy, james patterson and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just being able to share the same stage with some of my heroes has been a big accomplishment for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Being a musican and an artist myself, I can definately show people around the bay area's live music scene, or atleast where to find it. If you're interested in a guitar lesson, i am more than happy teach a song or two ;) And if you need a little help with your spanish, I'll have you speaking like a real boricua in no time!
