ABOUT ME
I'm a 23 year old living and working in Ghent. I spend most of my time in Maldegem (hometown) or in Ghent. I've done a couple smaller roadtrips, but only recently did couchsurfing for the first time.

Currently I am travelling to Scandinavia and the Baltics. After this trip I am heading for Asia :)

I'm a sociable person and love good conversations and seeing new things. I'm a bit of a dreamer. (Daydreaming, future dreams). I hate to get stuck in routine.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

The few CS-experiences I had, have all been wonderfull. All the people I met on couchsurfing meetings and my hosts were all awesome people.

I am working at the moment, but it would be great to have travellers over or meet people through couchsurf. I hope to do more travelling in the future, so I hope to hear some stories or good tips, anything.

Zainteresowania

Sports! Anything , but especially football.
Music! Preferably rock or something jazzy.
Movies! So many but no Cage.

Or just chill and grab a beer.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Movies: Fight Club, Reguiem for a Dream, Léon, Heat, Oldboy, The Raid: Redemption, Trainspotting, Jagten,... Too much, just, too much.
Books: Norwegian Wood, Extremely loud and incredibly close, On the road, anything Bukowski, The alchemist
Music: I prefer rock or indie music but i'm pretty much open to anything. Oasis, Gaslight Anthem, Editors, War on Drugs, Warren Zevon, Matt Corby

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

I spent an amazing time in Finland as an Erasmus student. It allowed me to experience a new culture for a long time, see amazing things and spend time with amazing people.
In only a few months we did trips to Saint-Petersburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Lapland etc. It was a good realization that I don't need my trusty old comfort.
In all, it I just made me more open minded and gave me a 'just get out there' mentality :)

I am interested and many things. Hopefully I can share my passion for:
- Movies (also foreign movies, doesn't always have to be 'Hollywood')
- Music. I mostly into rock music/indie/acoustic, but I can also enjoy other stuff from time to time. I play a little bit of guitar so I would love to learn something about other instruments.
- Sports. I am open to do any kind of sports. I'm quite a competitive person in any sport.
- Travelling. Of course. I love to hear about other people's experiences. It's exciting to hear good travelling stories, and sometimes you get great tips that can help you later on.
