I am an adventurer at heart and am the happiest when I'm with family and exploring the outdoors. I work for myself as a consultant in the fitness industry. I love to travel. Prior to having a kid, I traveled every year. Now that my son is in college, I hope to get back out on the road in the coming years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My son turned me onto couchsurfing. Staying with someone in a location that is new to me is a fantastic way to get to know a place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode my bike from Portland, OR to Flagstaff, AZ going north up the coast to Seattle, west over Washington's Cascades to Glacier National Park and south along the continental divide through Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico, and then west to Flagstaff.
