I can only offer to you, a roof, a couch for one and an air bed on my living room, to sleep, and informations about the city or company to your trip. I live in a small flat, in the center of Sao Paulo, near to almost everything, and has many bus lines and has Anhanabau station of the metrô (subway, tube) about 200m. And near to famous Augusta street and Roosevelt, Republica and Dom José Gaspar squares.
