Gosto muitas vezes de simplesmente sair por uma cidade que nunca fui , sem nenhum roteiro definido e ir descobrindo lugares, observando e conhecendo pessoas...deixar ao acaso.
Também gosto de fazer trekkings , longas caminhadas em trilhas por lugares de natureza, serras e praias.

I often like to simply go out for a city that I have never been without a definite script and go discovering places, observing and meeting people... leave at random.
I also like to make trekkings, long walks on trails by nature places, mountains and beaches.

After being unemployed for 4 years in the area of mechanical engineering for sugar and alcohol, I went to do small consultancies in the area , working by myself and give private lessons in mathematics, thats allows me much more free time and quality of life.

My favorite sport is swimming, and also like riding by bike, but actually I don't pratice sports very often.

It is interesting when you receive surfers from a far and can often observe the different look that they will have about your place, your city or your country, the comments and questions they will make.

Interests

Em minha cidade gosto muito de ir a shows de música dos mais diversos estilos que ocorrem no SESC e SESI, e tambem com bastante frequencia vejo peças de teatro , concertos, e gosto muito de cinema tambem, preferindo filmes do circuito mais alternativo e não comercial, tipo independente.

Saio tambem com grupos de amigos para conhecer atrativos nas cidades das região, sejam naturais como rios, cachoeiras, trilhas, feiras de produtos organicos, ou eventos culturais como eventos de musica, carnaval e teatro ou conhecer um novo restaurante.
Não sou vegetariano mas aprecio boa parte dos pratos vegetarianos.

In my city I like to go to music concerts , most of brazilian music or classic, and also very often I go to the theater, and I love cinema too, preferring films most alternative and non-commercial circuit , independent type.

I also leave with groups of friends to know attractions in the cities of the region, whether natural as rivers, waterfalls, trails, fairs of organic products, or cultural events such as music events, carnival and theater or meet a new restaurant. I am very closed to culture in general.

I'm not a vegetarian but I appreciate a good part of the vegetarian food.

Music, Movies, and Books

Meu gosto musical é bem variado, e poderia citar alguns entre tantos, como MPB, new age, musicas anos 80, musica clássica.
Filmes gosto de dramas em geral, filmes policiais ou de suspense e comédias inteligentes e bem humoradas.
Livros eu não tenho lido muito, mas gosto de alguns do Jessé de Souza, Jean Baudrillard, Stephen Hawking e do Leonard Mlodinow.

My musical taste is quite varied, and could mention some among so many, like popular brazilian music, bossa nova, classical music, new age, songs years 80.
Movies like dramas in general, police films or suspense and comedies with good sense of humour.
Books I have read few but I like some of Jessé de Souza, Jean Baudrillard, Stephen Hawking and Leonard Mlodinow - "The drunkard's walk" - in general I prefer non-fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

São muitas coisas incríveis que fazemos durante a vida, creio que todos fazemos, mas posso citar alguns lugares que estive e me permitiram essa sensação de estar num lugar incrivel, mais do que fazer algo incrível.

1- fazer a travessia dos lençóis maranhenses no Maranhão
2 - passar 1 semana no Vale do Capão na chapada dimantina - BAHIA , escalar o Morrão e desfrutar das
cachoeiras e trilhas dessa região especial para mim.
3- passar 1 semana na ilha de Boipeba - Bahia e desfrutar de suas praias cheias de piscinas naturais de aguas
mornas e muita natureza e paz.

It's a lot of amazing things we do during our lives, I think we all do, but I can tell a few places I've been and allowed this "feeling of being " in an amazing place, more than "doing" something amazing.

Em Piracicaba onde moro, posso mostrar a cidade com diversos pontos de interesse, turístico ou cultural; posso levar para uma ótima caminhada na Esalq, fazer o roteiro do Engenho central e parque do mirante na beira do rio e finalizar na famosa rua do Porto

Na região, também posso levar na estancia de Águas de São Pedro a 25 km , onde tem um spa termal com banhos de aguas sulfurosas.
Mais adiante temos Sao Pedro e a serra com suas trilhas e cachoieras, tem o balneario de Patrimonio que ja pertence a Brotas.
Tambem vou muito nas cidades de Brotas e Torrinha, para passeios de 1 dia, as quais tem muitos atrativos, sendo as cachoeiras os principais, principalmente no verão.

In Piracicaba where I live, I can show the city with various points of interest, touristic or cultural; I can take for a nice walk in Esalq -campus of university, make a tour in the Engenho Central and Parque do Mirante on the riverside and finish on the famous Rua do Porto.

In the region, I can also take in the "estancia" of Águas de São Pedro -25 km, where are a thermal spa with baths of sulphurous waters.
Following we have Sao Pedro and the hilly/mountains with its trails and waterfalls; also are the "balneario" of Patrimonio, nice area which already belongs to Brotas.

I also go a lot in the towns of Brotas and Torrinha, for 1 day tours, which have many attractions, the waterfalls being the main ones, specially in the summer time.
