ABOUT ME

After a dual career in the media and in helping people take that Next Step in their personal and professional lives, I am taking a Next Step of my own -- hosting a radio show (www.unity.fm/program/affirmativeprayer that can be heard around the world via internet. I will be interviewing a co-founder from couchsurfing on how this idea has activated the Power of YES for so many travelers! PHILOSOPHY

Life is short, but it's wide. We can do just about everything we want to do in our lives; we just can't do it all at once. I am enthusiastic about my radio show and have interviewed great guests about how they have activated the Power of YES in their personal and professional lives. I have traveled a lot, and since I am traveling more myself lately, I appreciate having people open their homes to me -- it makes travel more doable. In turn, since my son is now in college, his room in Atlanta is available for travelers as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am adoptive mom. Have traveled throughout Europe (including Scandinavia), to Brazil and Peru (Machu Picchu), Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, and (most intriguing) went on a cultural tour of the Soviet Union. Many things have been amazing to me!

Teach, Learn, Share

My home is filled with my intuitive art and I love to cook. I have lived in Atlanta and know most aspects of it -- good for newcomers! Friends say that, while others are separated by six degrees of separation, I am have two degrees of separation -- I know many people from different aspects of life.
