我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Discovering why the Incas considered the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu sacred? The mountains in the Sacred Valley are all given names of God because their all full of fresh water. The fresh water that springs from the tops of the mountains is the essence of the Spring of Life that gives life to the people and land. I stayed in what is known as the last surviving Inca village called Ollantaytambo where the water still flows through the streets from the mountain spring water. After the water flows through the village it then waters the crops and the land and then goes through a Water Temple. Where the Incas used to pay homage to the water for giving them life and then flows into the Urubamba Rio which flows North and is the head waters to the Amazon River the largest river in the world.

教,学,和分享

In Peru the Quechua the descendents of the Inca’s believe they are the richest people in the world because to them money is not real but man made and thus an illusion. What is real is life, Pachamama (Mother of the Universe) provides everything in such a large abundance they see their land and have everything they could need or ever want. Pachamama has its own trinity of belief to the Quechua represented by the serpent, puma, and condor. They each represent a part of the spiritual journey of one’s life. Traditionally people associate the serpent to represent the underworld, the puma representing the physical plain of life and the condor representing the heavens. The deeper meaning of the serpent, puma and condor is that the serpent represents the shedding of life. Like how a snake sheds its skin people need to shed their negative energies to Pachamama who then purifies them restoring your balance of life. The puma represents your spiritual path. When a puma hunts they hunt alone so when you’re on your spiritual journey it’s a path you travel alone and the spirit of the puma is there to protect and guide you. While you’re on your spiritual journey the condor then takes your prayers to the heavens. That’s the trinity of Pachamama the serpent, puma and condor on how to live your spiritual journey.
