我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've attended 11 days on site meditation courses 4 times which is taught in the tradition of Gautama "The Buddha" by Dhamma wherein I've disconnected myself from the world for these 11 days everytime, just only meditation 12 hrs a day approx. It transformed me completely.
