ABOUT ME

I am a straightforward person. Like to roam into forests, do birdwatching, eat nice food. I like to admire everything that is beautiful right from Beaches, sunsets, forests. I am not a party animal. I neither smoke nor drink. A sea-food lover.
I am open to try new things. I am good at planning many things and organizing various tours and events. I have the passion for traveling, meet new people and get to know about their culture. I prefer backpacking and like to travel to places close to nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met few CS friends during my trip to Philippines in February 2013. Enjoyed spending good time with them over dinner. Also met CS friends in Bangkok. I am an active TravBuddy member (unfortunately that site has been shut last year) and traveled with many TB friends to different countries like Cambodia, Thailand, Philippines etc.

Interests

Like to go for birdwathching and wildlife watching. I have visited many national parks and sanctuaries in India like Kanha, Bandhavgad, Corbett, Mudumalai, Bandipur, Pench, Nagzira, Ranthambore... to name a few. Like to read and also hear songs (typical movie songs as well as Indian Classical). Travel like local and eat local food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watched the whole process - A turtle female coming on a beach and laying eggs.
Visit to beautiful LEH-LADAKH.
Visit to Sinharaja Rain Forest of Srilanka in pouring rain.
visiting Puerto Princesa Underground River.
Visiting the beautiful town of El Nido, Palawan.
Staying at KANAWA island Indonesia and then visiting KOMODO island for KOMODO dragons.
Solo backpacking trip to Japan for 17 days.
Travelbuddy meetups in Indonesia, Phillippines and Bangkok, Thailand.
