Overview
About Me
I’m someone who’s deeply drawn to connection, culture, and experiences that feel alive. I work as a nurse, which means a big part of my life is rooted in care, presence, and supporting people through meaningful (and sometimes intense) moments. Outside of that world, I’m an artist at heart—I love color, creativity, and expressing myself visually and emotionally.
Travel for me isn’t just about seeing places, it’s about feeling them. I’m especially interested in community-oriented experiences—things like ecstatic dance, shared meals, music, storytelling, and those spontaneous conversations that end up being the most memorable parts of a trip. Some of my most important values are authenticity, kindness, and genuine human connection.
I’ve spent time living and volunteering abroad (including volunteering in hostels in Italy), and those experiences really shaped how I move through the world—open, adaptable, and curious. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and exchanging perspectives, whether that’s over a glass of wine, a walk through a city, or a quiet morning coffee.
As a guest, I’m respectful, clean, and considerate of people’s space and energy. As a host (or future host!), I’d love to create a warm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and at ease.
Overall, I’m someone who loves people, meaningful experiences, and the magic that happens when you step outside of your routine and into something new.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I love experiencing places in a more local and authentic way. Staying with people who actually live in a city always gives you a perspective you just can’t get from a hotel or hostel, and I really value that.
I’ve had some of my best travel experiences in community-oriented environments, so I’m drawn to spaces where people share stories, meals, and recommendations, even if it’s just for a short time. I enjoy learning about different cultures, daily routines, and ways of life, and I’m always happy to share a bit of mine as well.
For me, Couchsurfing is also about being part of a respectful, generous community. I really appreciate the trust that goes into hosting, and as a guest I aim to be considerate, easygoing, and mindful of people’s space and boundaries.
Overall, I’m here to explore, learn, and connect in a genuine, respectful way—while making the most of the places I visit.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a big part of my life, especially when I’m traveling. Lately I’ve been really into Italian music and love discovering new artists and songs—it makes me feel more connected to the places I’ve spent time in. I’m generally drawn to music that feels emotional, vibey, or a bit nostalgic, but I also love anything I can dance to (especially in community spaces like ecstatic dance).
For movies and shows, I tend to like things that are visually beautiful, thought-provoking, or a little bit unconventional. I’m not huge on super heavy or overly dark content—I usually gravitate toward things that feel inspiring, human, or creatively interesting.
With books, I go through phases, but I’m often drawn to anything around personal growth, spirituality, or stories that offer a different perspective on life. I also love books that make you reflect or see the world in a new way.
I’m always open to recommendations—music, movies, or books are some of my favorite ways to connect with people and discover something new.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is move to a new country on my own and build a life there from scratch. I spent time in Italy volunteering in hostels, meeting people from all over the world, and learning how to adapt quickly to new environments and cultures.
It pushed me way outside of my comfort zone in the best way—navigating a new language, new routines, and constantly changing surroundings. At the same time, it led to some of the most meaningful and memorable experiences I’ve had, from spontaneous adventures to the kind of connections you only make when you’re living closely with people from completely different backgrounds.
That experience really shaped my independence, confidence, and openness to the unknown, and it’s a big part of why I continue to seek out new places and experiences.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can share my experience as a nurse, especially around health basics, first aid, and overall wellbeing. I’m also happy to share anything I know about traveling, volunteering abroad, or navigating new places on your own. And if you’re into it, I’d love to share creative things too—art, color, and ways of expressing yourself.
Learn: I love learning how people live in different parts of the world—their routines, traditions, and perspectives. I’m especially interested in anything community-based, like music, dance, or local gatherings. I’d also love to keep improving my Italian and pick up bits of other languages along the way.
Share: I’m always happy to share stories, meals, and simple everyday moments. Whether it’s cooking together, going for a walk, or just having a good conversation, I really value those easy, genuine exchanges that make travel feel more meaningful.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m a very respectful, clean, and easygoing guest, and I’m always mindful of people’s space, routines, and boundaries. I really value the trust that comes with hosting, so I do my best to make things feel smooth and comfortable.
I’m happy to contribute in simple, meaningful ways—whether that’s cooking a meal, bringing something from where I’ve been traveling, helping out around the house, or just sharing good conversation. I also bring a calm, positive energy and am very adaptable to different environments and lifestyles.
If you’re up for it, I’d love to spend some time together—exploring, cooking, or exchanging stories—but I’m equally respectful if you prefer your own space. I’m pretty intuitive when it comes to reading the vibe and adjusting to what feels right for both of us.
