I was born in Brazil and moved to London in 2010 to study a Master degree. I’ve been living in London since then, I am fitness coach, Yoga and meditation Instructor. I graduated as Yoga Teacher in India Rishikesh, I really love helping people to find a better and healthier lifestyle with my knowledge and skills in the fitness industry.
I love meeting new people, reading, watching movies, traveling, going to the theatre, nature, traveling, going out with friends, cooking different foods, dance and I love studying languages and new cultures.
I enjoy spending my spare time at the gym, with muay thai, boxing, yoga, helping people with exercises and mindfulness, reading and walkies with my dog.
