I have run my own business for 12 years based out of South Africa. I have also raised 1x incredible daughter who is off to university and starting her own life. I enjoy wildlife photography, writing and reading. I am a perpetual student and currently between degrees. I am spontaneous and love adventure.

Why not? I haven't had the opportunity to travel, I am on my own and there is nothing holding me back from traveling. Couch surfing was recommended to me by numerous international friends who all use it. Seems like a lovely community and a way to build a global family.

Only one?! Well for others; I have done many but probably one of my top, was assisting a child from Khayelitsha who had severe learning difficulties and remarkable natural raw talent for design to gauge a scholarship to attend a top fashion design school and completing a diploma in fashion design. For myself; having skydived a multitude of times, doing the Bloukrans Bungi and the world's highest bridge swing are up there (obviously I have a thing for heights. lol.
