Enjoy my family and the tremendous surrounding of Annecy by ski, climbing, trail running, bycicles or trekking! Meet new people is always a good experience too:-)

ABOUT ME
In the house, we are a family of 4 with my wife Cécile and my girls Manon (born 2018) and Agathe (born 2020).

I am a french guy living in Annecy (France / Alps) since August 2017. I used to work in Mexico (2 years in Torreon), London, Paris and I studied during 2 years production engineering in KTH in Stockholm, Sweden. I spend most of my free time in doing activites in the nature (climbing, trail running, alpinism, ski), traveling (mostly backpacking through couchsurfing or into the wild!). Indeed, I love discover new cultures and new people. We traveled in most of Europe and in many countries: India and Nepal, Iceland, Jordan, Peru, Turkey, Myanmar, Vietnam, La Réunion, Costa Rica, USA, Cuba! As you see, traveling is my passion!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host people or help someone to discover the Alps! I would be very happy to host families also for my girls to play with other kids

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted people more than 15 times and it was always awesome!

I surfed as well 6 times in Denmark, 4 times in Sweden, once in Norway and twice in UK and I enjoyed each time the different hosts!

Interests

Travels, trek, culture, cooking, meeting new people, party, piano! Sport has become more and more important for me: trail, climbing, cycling, hiking, skiing are part of my hobbies....

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie: Into the wild, Diarios de motocicleta, almost any movie talking about traveling or nature, and I love french movies such as Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, Arnacoeur or Prête-moi ta main.

Music: open to everything but I prefer reggae and hip hop. However, my best album ever is from Eddie Vebber, it is the BO of Into the Wild.

Book: history with suspens books from Dan Brown or Ken Follet, or books around the travel
I read also many classics as I can (Maupassant, Camus, Zola...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A 3-weeks trip in Norway, 1300km hitch-hiking, sleeping outside and hiking! Just amazing landscapes and adventure! I couchsurfed in Trondheim during this trip!

Every trip is amazing! One of the last, we slept with farmers in the middle of Myanmar, great experience!
