ABOUT ME

I'm 22 years old finnish girl studying psychology and getting to know the real me and the world around me. I love to travel by bike and by train, for me life is just one big adventure. I also play a finnish instrument and could not even think about life without music...
As they say- finns may be a bit shy, but that does not make me any less open-minded or warm person. I'm a good listener, but I also have a few great stories to tell too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed couches during my interrail trip this summer, and found it amazing! From now on I'll only try to find couches while travelling, hostels and hotels are only the last option.

Interessen

I love to play and listen to all kind of music; I have played a finnish instrument called kantele for over 16 years now. I'm very interested in psychology, especially mental illnesses. But no worries, I have no intention to diagnose people I meet :D Sometimes I like to go to the nature and just enjoy the atmosphere there; wander in Lapland or drive through the woods by bike or just swim in the lake nearby. I also like to read, play some pc games, sew clothes and so on.

The best movie of all times? Brokeback Mountain. But anyhow, there are many other great films as well, for example Once, Dogma, Requiem for a Dream, Burn After Reading, United 93, Moulin Rouge, Iron sky etc.

I like to read, but at the moment have nothing on my bedside table..

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I made this two week bicycle tour in Ireland for a couple of years ago. It was just awesome. I fell in love with the landscape and the warm-hearted people, and the lively pub culture with its daily live music as well!
