ABOUT ME

I'm Biddy, and have just arrived back in Australia after 5 months in South America, 2 of which I was in hospital with a broken back!! ugh. Will have to go back though!

Me? I love life. The challenges and especially the easy bits too :) I have a deep love of the outdoors but hate the frick out of spiders. I love colour, laughter, adventure (including so called 'rescues' of stranded cats ..) and a good drop of wine. I know a lot of weird facts, none of them overly useful in pub trivia competitions and not in the slightest bit interesting for social situtions...so the fact that I don't get to talk about it much, I thought I'd add it here :)

I'm often the last one up at night and the first up in the morning. If you can't find me I'm usually in the kitchen eating mushrooms and cheese!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I broke my back in Peru, and was in hospital there for 2 months; first in Pisco then flown to Lima. I met THE MOST amazing people while in hospital who changed my life. Complete strangers came and helped me out everyday and became very good friends who spent hours visiting me in hospital while I laid there and told me crazy Lima stories.

The greatest friends start off as strangers!!
