HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm thinking about the possibility to meet and guide people from other countries who want to visit Biebrza/Knyszynska Forest (Podlasie) and the other parts of Poland. I'd like to have that kind of experience (especially places as national parks) in return.
