Hi! I’m Bielca, a 25-year-old woman originally from Haiti, now living in the U.S. since 2023. I came here chasing a better life, and every step of my journey has made me stronger, wiser, and more open to new experiences. I am curious, and full of stories that shaped me into who I am today.

I’m passionate about growth emotionally, spiritually, and professionally. I love deep conversations, cultural exchange, and making meaningful connections wherever I go. Life hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned to turn pain into power, and now I’m all about living with purpose, kindness, and adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I’m rebuilding my life with intention. After leaving Haiti, I didn’t just cross borders crossed emotional limits, fears, and uncertainty. I left behind everything familiar to chase peace, purpose, and opportunity. Starting over in a new country was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it also opened my heart to the world in a new way.

I’m here because I believe in the beauty of exchange not just objects or places, but emotions, values, and stories. I want to offer my presence, my help, my joy, my lessons and I’m ready to receive the same from others. That’s what makes traveling unforgettable.

I also love helping out whether that means cooking a simple meal, tidying up, or sharing travel tips and motivation. I believe in giving back in any way I can, especially when someone opens their home and heart to me. I can also teach you a few Haitian Creole phrases ( lol)
