I am a US Army veteran and pacifist that's looking to travel the globe and to do more with less. I have a permanent income that should help facilitate this. I have traveled and seen some of this planet but have way too much yet to experience. Your couch can make a difference in this being a reality. You must be the change you wish to see in the world, Gandhi. Do unto others as you would have done unto you, unknown. My goal is to help reduce suffering for all. If you want to change the world, start by looking in the mirror.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I look forward to cooking, shopping and puttering around with you to learn your customs (not clingy though, I can entertain myself). I will buy food, clean dishes, however I can help. I am a clean person with a team minded spirit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have yet to experience this phenomena... have met a few surfers (Rose from Salem, a Greek traveler, some years ago) and have enjoyed their company. I find that we always have travel in our blood and can easily get along.

Travel of course! I`ve been volunteering with earthquake victims and disadvantaged children, building homes and hospitols. Being a social butterfly, compassion, meditation, philosophy, photography, historical sites, shopping, walking, hiking and anything spontaneous!

Machu Pichu, the fall of the Wall in Berlin, top of the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triumph, Notre Dame, Helgoland (N. Sea), Brussels' Botanical Garden, the Cologne Gothic Cathedral, Amsterdam's coffeeshops and canals, the Louve, ice carvings in Jungfrau Mtn (Grindlewald, Switz), Neuewschwanstein (sp?), Herren Cheimsee, Linderhof, Olympic Stadiums in Sydney and Osan (S Korea), castles on the Rhein River, Salzberg Castle and Saltmines, was evacuated for tornado's in Houston, TX (airport), melted in Panama, Cannabis Cup 2006 Judge Amsterdam, 50th Playboy VIP Party, 25th Testicle Festival... looking back I am a very lucky boy indeed!
