Hello. I want to give back to the community by offering my guest room in city centre ( I happen to have extra room ...). To exchange, I expect my guest:

1) to be an interesting individual to share life stories and experiences to have a good time together
2) not treating the place as a hotel :) e.g. please DON'T just send a message as "I need a place to stay"
3) be respectful and don't be loud and keep things clean and in place
