CURRENT MSSION
I am a 58 year old adventurer,from the Western New York area,who has been fortunate to have cycled through nineteen countries . The last several years I have been taking care of my elderly parents so traveling has been at a minimum. Sadly both have recently passed on,so it's time for me to get back out there and rolling again.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted early on,but now that I'm retired and don't own a home anymore that has become limeted. Now I'm hoping to get back on the road by bicycle and do some surfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Finally broke the ice and surfed twice in a weekend in the finger lakes in New York State near where I live. The experience exceeded my expectations by a long shot.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It was a cool,breezy early morning a few years ago and I'm bicycle touring on the south island of New Zealand. I'm riding on this narrow gorge road with unreal views of the river below,the traffic was pretty much non exsistent,and I just had this feeling that today was going to be special. All the sudden I look up and see this sign,bungy jump 500 meters ahead. Pulled in and had to check it out. Turns out that this is the bridge(Kawarau bridge)that the first ever bungy jump took place,so how could I resist,they straped me up and that is as close I have ever come to flying.
