我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I own a travel agency, which admittedly allows for some pretty sweet deals on swanky accommodations, but I like to mix up my trips with hostel stays and couch surfing -- I find it's the best way to get a true taste of the local culture and meet new people from all over the world rather than being confined to a lonely hotel room.

As far as music I love indie, punk, jazz, classical, new wave, shoegaze, hip hop... just about anything! I'm not very current with pop hits... my radio dial hasn't switched away from my local NPR station since I bought my car years ago ;P

I'm not a big movie buff, but as for TV shows I like anything lighthearted or comical (current favorite is Rick & Morty).

Picking a favorite book would be way too hard but some of my favorite authors are Oscar Wilde, Salman Rushdie, Knut Hamsun, and Jean Paul Sartre.
