After spending many years as a part expat in Belize I have found a new home on Isla Mujeres. I am hoping to get new people and share experiences and stories of our travels. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful little island with a rich history of pirates and Mayan gods.. Bonus points if you can help me with my Spanish. I know many locals and hidden gems to explore. The expats and Mexicans here are open and friendly.

I like all kinds of music but I prefer it live.. Anything that tells a good story... I'm big on stories about living on the water, tropical places.. The old Travis McGree books still speak to me.

I have managed to live my life on my terms.. I travel when and where ever I want. I don't answer to any boss or work a 9-5 job. I am living my dream instead being sold the "American Dream" . Once I went a full month without ever wearing shoes or looking at a watch or calendar. Success..? that's how I define it.
