ABOUT ME

I am Bill. I like my friends for who they are, not who I'd like them to be. I can be very social, but also very quiet at times. I think that I have learned as much about life if not more by observing it as a wallflower as I have interacting with people. I have a hard time meeting new people but I love it when I do. I don't reject new opportunities by any means, I'll try anything once. I don't drink pop and recently became a vegetarian. I over analyze things. I like to joke around a lot, I have a lot of faith in the power of laughter. I have a tendency to romanticize things because it makes the world seem a little brighter. I believe in love. Though sometimes I wish I didn't. I consider myself very open-minded. I support the rights of all living creatures no matter the size, color, or sexual preference. I've recently made a lot of changes in my life that I think are for the best. It's a beautiful thing that you don't need to wait on or put off making the world a better place. You can start right now, and human compassion is the key.

PHILOSOPHY

Compassion. In all of it's form no matter how impactful or minute. It's the best gift you can ever give or receive. Even something as small as flashing a smile or holding a door can be enough to lift someone's spirits. I live my life because I feel it's worth living. I don't need a reason, I'm just enjoying the feeling of being alive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a new member so admittedly I haven't done much. However I'm willing to donate my couch anytime I'm in town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Most of my "couchsurfing" experiences extends to falling asleep on a couch after a long night. I haven't had the chance to actually meet a fellow CouchSurfer yet. Other than my friend who signed up with me for the site as well.
