ABOUT ME

Former Math professor, now retired and living in Zapopan (suburb of Guadalajara) Mexico. Have travelled extensively Latin America, the States, Canada, Caribbean, India, East and South Africa, and most of Europe. Backpacked both long trails in US (Pacific Crest and AT). Love outdoors, nature, photography, classical music, conversation, learning from people of other cultures.

Although I have traveled in more than 100 countries, I have couchsurfed only in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe and India.
