I'm a big nerd who loves traveling and meeting new people. I like to play video games and board games, and love reading and watching shows on TV or YouTubers. I try to be very open about everyone's life choices and worldviews regardless of whether or not they are the same as mine, and like discussing these things as long as others are open to disagreement also. I'm an introvert and will mostly keep to myself if you don't want to talk, but I am very social if you would like to talk to me. I also like hugs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There's two main reasons I'm on Couchsurfing. The first and main one being I have very little money, and this is the cheapest option for me to travel. The second one is that I love meeting new people and traveling, and this will let me meet lots of new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like pretty much all music, though I'm not a huge fan of screamo.
My favorite movies of all time are Rat Race, How to Train Your Dragon, and Inception.
My favorite books are The Dragonlance Chronicles (specifically the Dragons of Seasons books) and the Eragon series.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love languages, so any help learning languages would be incredible. I can also share my Canadian culture, and would be happy to exchange mailing addresses and send you stuff from Canada when I return home in July. I can teach you some basic programming skills if you're interested (though I'm also learning this right now so it won't be super advanced), and I have many video games that you're more than welcome to try while I'm staying with you.
