Creative type born and currently living in London, spending his free time seeing bands, watching movies and enjoying the limited sunshine his country gets. Caught the travelling bug after a life-changing holiday to New York age 20, and as of October 2017 I've been to 58 countries - hoping to reach a hundred by the time I'm sixty!

So far my favourite regions of the world have been Eastern Europe, Canada and Australia - I'd love to see South America, Central Asia and Iran someday too. Anywhere that's cheap (compared to the UK), sunny, relaxed and with friendly, welcoming locals is perfect for me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel the world solo, and have made lifelong friends in various countries along the way. Travelling gets expensive quickly and sometimes hotels or hostels become too pricey for me to afford, so Couchsurfing allows me to both see new places easier and meet more awesome people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm hoping to have been to every country in Europe by the end of 2017. Four years earlier, I'd only visited six countries in my life - it's taken lots of work hours, tons of planning and heaps of confidence to get here. Travelling has really helped my life in ways I'd never have imagined.
