I've recently returned home to the UK after spending the past year living and working my way around Australia. Before that I travelled on and off for 2 years around Europe and the US. Due to family circumstances my plans to see more of the world have come to a stop for now but that doesn't mean I can't take the occasional holiday/weekend away to the more local countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travel for me is all about the experiences and these experiences are only made better by the people you meet along the way. I've not done too much couchsurfing in the past but am keen to get involved in the community and make some new friends. It would be great to have a local "tour guide" to find out more about the cultures and best spots in different countries/cities.

I enjoy TV, drawing and DIY. I've always been a creative guy and am also up for trying any new activities whenever possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not really a film sort of person but enjoy watching a good TV series. I feel like sitting down for more than 2 hours to watch a film is too long and I always feel like I should be doing something else :/ I don't really have a favourite type of music as long as it sounds good, I tend to listen to a bit of everything, rock, pop, country etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The train ride from Oslo-Bergen in Norway has to be one of my highlights of travelling... the views were incredible!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am willing to try anything new but a few things I've always been keen to try are archery, horse riding and surfing so if you could teach me those or anything else it would be awesome!
I'm did a bartending course while in the US so I may be able to teach you how to make a few cocktails.
