I'm a calm person who loves music, tech and travel. I really like trying new things and I try my best to get over my fears, but I'm also really comfortable not doing anything at all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm moving to Vancouver and I don't know anyone there! I don't even have a job or a place to stay, just a plane ticket and a fresh degree. I've had great experiences with Couchsurfing before so I know it's an awesome way to meet local people.

I play the guitar and I sing (horribly). I love music in general. I like gadgets and gizmos. I guess I like most things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy most types of music. As long as it makes me feel anything, wether it's joy or sadness, excitation or relaxation I enjoy it. Genre wise I usually get into different "phases". Right now I listen a lot to folk/americana/country.

A really good movie makes me think about things I hadn't considered before and is hard to let go of after watching.

I unfortunately don't read as much anymore. I used to love the Harry Potter books until one of my friends spoiled a certain someones death... The hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy is awesome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did a huge road trip in North America that started in Toronto, ON, went on to the west coast and down to Los Angeles and then back to the east coast and Florida. It was more than 12 000km of awesomeness.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hopefully this "I'm moving to Vancouver with no job or apartment"-thing will show some people that if you really want to do some major changes in your life you shouldn't let "minor" details stop you. Otherwise it will be a great lesson on stupidity and what not to do. Either way, someone (I at the very least) will learn something!
