ABOUT ME

i like walking around. when i'm in a new place, i like checking out the trees (they're different in a lot of places), see the ambiance and the routines of people..i spend a lot of time in cafes, my job allows me to work outside, so i take advantage of it when i can..spend a lot of time watching series on the computer, and movies as well..reading is also one of the things i like..when going somewhere, i always try to combine it with volunteering..a way of getting closer to others and i love hearing their stories..i like smiles and one of my favourite things is to go on the street and smile..sometimes might get weird reactions but other times get a smile back and it makes my day..i'm cranky when i wake up, seriously.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

well..i'm completely new to this..but i intend to join the dinners and gatherings that are happening around me..and i'll be willing to let people sleep in my couch..and go to cafes with them, of course.

I have been a host and I have also been a couchsufer, experiences which I have really enjoyed and hope to continue on doing.

Intereses

as said before, i'm interested in smiles..and traveling.. i'm interested in conflicts (work related this one).. how they appear, what leads people and governments into conflicts, how to end negative perceptions of each other, etc..i'm interested in people.. not much of a talker myself, i love listening.. and i like movies and series and things that make you wonder.i like culture, food, sleeping, dancing (not necessarily in this order).

Música, películas y libros

i like rock'n'roll, been raised listening to the old gentlemen, such as bowie, dylan, lou reed and iggy pop.. then i started discovering thingds by myself and i've come to enjoy world music and traditional music from all over (very enthusiastic about dances).

one of my favourite writers is Henry Millerbut there are others wich i have encountered and got enchanted by.

my biggest trips.. india, for the colours and the people, for the poverty and the joy..palestine, for the lessons of humiliation and hope that i will never forget.
