I'm a 29 yo German from the beautiful bavarian countryside.
It's my second sabbatical within three years - only six month this time but still enough time to make the best out of it! =)

My traveling is not only about the country but even more about meeting new people, sharing stories, laughing together and making new experience
While couchsurfing I already met a few great people and made new friends.
Back home in Germany I hosted people myself and received back what I once shared: honesty, trust, kindness and great company.

A friend told me about couchsurfing.
At first I was very sceptical and unsure about staying at a stranger's place but after meeting a few host snd surfers I learnd more about this community. And I think this is probably one of the best ways to meet new people and "dive into the real lifestyle" a country has to offer.
