ABOUT ME

I lived in South Korea for 3 years teaching English as a Second Language. I grew up in the 1000 Islands Region of Upstate New York. I love traveling and taking pictures. I'm pretty open to new experiences and am willing to try anything once.
I am now living in Dalian, China and am looking for people to meet and adventure with!

I've found functioning temples in South Korea that was tucked away on a mountain that were not advertised or hyped up. Yet it was far better than the big tourist temples that everyone mentions. I did a Temple Stay program that let me live with monks for a week; eating, praying, drinking green tea and learning about Buddha and the universe. I've walked along the treetops in North Vancouver. As well as taken helicopters and boats all over the 1000 islands, exploring every little part.

Now that I am in China, I've traveled all over the Liaoning Province. I've been to Shenyang, Dandong, Changchun and Harbin. I help a local tour agency and have been part of and helped guide tours in Dandong and Harbin. In Dandong we toured the border of North Korea, got to talk to some of the soldiers and bought merchandise from a floating vendor. In Harbin we checked out the Snow Sculptures, Ice Castles and Siberian Tigers.
