Overview
About Me
Lawyer. Indian. Gandhian.
Just starting out to see the big world that is out there, looking forward to meet some great people. I was hosted by a lot of kind souls while I was pursuing my Masters in Europe. Hope to give back to the community.
Philosophy: Respect begets respect; Cleans Space, Clean Mind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
How long can one travel alone, you need people to talk to, to understand their culture and life. That's the key point of travelling. So, yeah, I enjoy meeting people, through whom I can peek into new cultures and ideas.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music choices are very broad and range from Hindustani classical, Sufi, Western classical to Jazz and reverb. My gym playlist though is filled with rock and Bollywood music!
Indian cinema is coming out with some great movies.
Court (Marathi) is unbeatable.
Love European cinema too: The Pianist, Son of Saul, The Brand New Testament and Amelie are really good.
But Schindlers List, 12 Angry Men and Gandhi continue to remain my all time favourites.
Books: Many.
Sapiens and Homo Deus.
The Forty Rules of Love.
Deep Work.
The Rosie Project.
Thinking Fast and Slow.
Love in the Time of Cholera.
The Silk Roads.
India after Gandhi.
A short history of nearly everything.
Surely You are joking Mr. Feynmen.
A Village in the Jungle.
The Search for Vulcan.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It is difficult to pinpoint a single amazing thing. I think my life is full of many experiences and moments which are all amazing in their own little/big way.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help with English language skills, basic web development, economics, good writing style, making a reading list and cooking an Indian meal. Also, I am always up for political and economic debates.
I am open to learning new languages, skills and I will appreciate it if you share your reading list with me.
If you can tell me about your work and your experiences, that would be very valuable.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Indian food recipes. And not to mention stories of Indian politics, economy, society, etc.
