I am a 44yr woman who feels much younger! I love people and new places. I am a seasoned "burner," having attended the Burningman art festival for 16 consecutive years. And although I absolutely enjoy having a good time out socially with friends, dancing and/or listening to live music at local hot spots, I don't myself drink or do drugs. I absolutely love being around people, but also enjoy my own company immensely. I like long walks around unfamiliar cities, or train/car rides to new places. I am tidy, respectful, gracious and easy going. I enjoy being of service to the world in large and small ways. I will help out with dishes and cleaning and whatever else you need help with. I'm a happy, positive person really excited to be in your city for a month. I've taken short trips in the past few years but haven't had a serious traveling spree in ages. I spent the past 20 years "raising" k-9 and feline companions but they have passed recently so I am "free" to take off for a month. If you are someone with doggies in your home, I will gladly walk them for you. Kitties I will also adore. Bunnies, turtles, fish I would need guidance but will treat them well also. I love animals.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Originally I was going to Derry/Londonderry for 4 weeks to volunteer around a Temple project happening in your city. Now, my scope has widened and I am interested more in the city and it's people than just in the art installation. I'm looking to live in the city with the people of the city while there, but also likely traveling around a bit to places outside of Derry/Londonderry. But I am so excited at the prospect of staying with a number of different people in the city!!! I look forward to new connections. This is my first time couchsurfing, but my friend and seasoned traveler tells me she has met some of the best people couchsurfing the planet. She has left me a reference. She tells me couchsurfing is awesome, so here I am. Looking forward to meeting you in your lovely city whether I'm on your couch or just meeting you for a coffee and a chat!
