ABOUT ME

I'm a graduate student at Washington University in St. Louis in the department of Molecular Microbiology. I study the parasite Toxoplasma gondii. After leaving Colombia, I went to college in New Orleans, then worked for two years in Berlin, before coming to graduate school. In college I got a Bachelor of Fine Arts in printmaking, and even though that's not my main focus right now I maintain a healthy interest in the Arts. I also like cooking - worth emphasizing separately although it could be considered one of the Arts.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done a lot of unofficial couch surfing. Most of the time I travel to see friends all over the world (sometimes friends of friends).
