HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been lucky enough to have a lot of friends with couches to share and thus have done a fair amount of unofficial surfing, but I'm just starting to use this site, despite having the profile for years. I'm looking to meet fascinating new people during my travels, and hopefully making friends whom I can host in my home at some point.

FAVORITE COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Staying with a half-dozen other friends in one tiny little hut on a farm in rural Ohio, making the entire visit into one long jam session.

I caught a wren that flew into my house and it decided to sit and rest on my finger for a good 15 minutes while I sat outside waiting for it to fly away.

Teaching: ukulele!

Learning: teach me movement! Parkour, dance, any sort of martial art, etc etc. Or uncommon culinary arts, like cheese-making. Or music - an instrument, new songs, whatever. Honestly, there's not a lot I wouldn't be at least semi-interested to learn.
