About Me

Fly away

They would probably say I'm full of contrasts...completely crazy at times but absolutely sane ;))) I'm full of paradoxes who make me who I am but they do not contradic, they overlap;))) I'm positive person who has very strong temperament and gets sentimental often;), great sense of humour-absolutely love to laugh. I'm adventurous, romantic, creative, helpful, impulsive, ironic...messy. Modest but at the same time open and extrovert.

No time to explain- get in the car;))

I trust Heraclitus on that;)

I strongly believe we can achieve whatever we want with enough effort or patience but not all dreams are worth coming true and what we want not necessarily will make us happy that is why I try to accept whatever happens in my life and learn form it. It doesn't mean I do not develop or have ambitions. A lot of things will come our way sooner or later.

"Nothing can ever happen twice.
In consequence, the sorry fact is
that we arrive here improvised
and leave without the chance to practice.

Even if there is no one dumber,
if you're the planet's biggest dunce,
you can't repeat the class in summer:
this course is only offered once.

No day copies yesterday,
no two nights will teach what bliss is
in precisely the same way,
with exactly the same kisses.

One day, perhaps, some idle tongue
mentions your name by accident:
I feel as if a rose were flung
into the room, all hue and scent.

The next day, though you're here with me,
I can't help looking at the clock:
A rose? A rose? What could that be?
Is it a flower or a rock?

Why do we treat the fleeting day
with so much needless fear and sorrow?
It's in its nature not to stay:
Today is always gone tomorrow.

With smiles and kisses, we prefer
to seek accord beneath our star,
although we're different (we concur)
just as two drops of water are."

Wislawa Szymborska

"€œTravel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime."
--Mark Twain

It's a mistery to me
we have a greed
with which we have agreed

You think you have to want
more than you need
until you have it all you won't be free

society, you're a crazy breed
I hope you're not lonely without me

When you want more than you have
you think you need
and when you think more than you want
your thoughts begin to bleed

I think I need to find a bigger place
'cos when you have more than you think
you need more space
there's those thinking more or less less is more
but if less is more how you're keeping score?
Means for every point you make
your level drops
kinda like its starting from the top
you can't do that...
society, have mercy on me
I hope you're not angry if I disagree
society, crazy and deep
I hope you're not lonely without me

I am the wilderness locked in a cage
I am a growing force you kept in place
I am a tree reaching for the sun
Please don't hold me down

I am a rolling wave without the motion
A glass of water longing for the ocean
I am an asphalt flower breaking free but you keep stopping me
Release me

I am the rain that's coming down on you
That you shielded yourself from with a roof
I have the fire burning desperately but you're controlling me
Release me

So here I am. Drifting. Feels so different to catching the wave, chasing the wind but hey...hell is not a bad place to be. Sometimes it's better not to touch your dreams. Life will kill you and ignorance is a bliss. But we don't have to be realistic when it comes to love--> waiting for the miracle. It's ok talking about happy endings but I guess if somebody keeps screwing up, eventually you have to say 'fuck you' or words to that effect. However, happy endings may get a bad reputation, but they do happen. And when they do, they’re just as true as the unhappy ones! He is not good or bad- he is just work in progress. So stop telling me what to feel and that I do wrong coz then I look around and see everybody else infinitely more fucked up than I am. Innocent until proven diminutive. So I'm fine! I'm disgusted with my life and myself but I'm not unhappy about that.

Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him the most about humanity, answered “Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”

Yaaay I can fit in size 6!!!
Of a shoe...but still ;)

“A journey, after all, neither begins in the instant we set out, nor ends when we have reached our door step once again. It starts much earlier and is really never over, because the film of memory continues running on inside of us long after we have come to a physical standstill. Indeed, there exists something like a contagion of travel, and the disease is essentially incurable.”
― Ryszard Kapuściński, Travels with Herodotus

“There aren't many such enthusiasts born. The average person is not especially curious about the world. He is alive, and being somehow obliged to deal with this condition, feels the less effort it requires, the better. Whereas learning about the world is labor, and a great all-consuming one at that. Most people develop quite antithetical talents, in fact - to look without seeing, to listen without hearing, mainly to preserve onself within oneself.” Ryszard Kapuscinski

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Are you trying to chellange me?;)

Every experience will enrich my life whatever will that be.

I love travelling of course. Meeting new people, horse riding, stand up comedy, reading. I'm interested in psychology, linguistics and intercultural communication. Absolutely love animals and being surrounded by unspoiled nature. In my free time I meet friends, do zumba and belly dance classes or simply have lazy evenings ;) I'm planning to learn how to play ukulele and start kickboxing training.
